scooter to be ridden with a loose headset, the bearings will be damaged
and this WON'T be covered by Warranty !! Sealed

You should also NEVER use any of these scooters in Wet/muddy conditions or the bearings will quickly cease unless you have fitted upgraded waterproof bearings !
