All displayed items are currently available to be Dispatched (unless otherwise stated).

If we are for any reason unable to dispatch your item/s, you will be quickly notified and given the option to cancel or amend your order.

We display some items not held in stock that are available within approx 48 hours. Sometimes suppliers let us down, but in most cases we will be able to obtain what you have ordered within this time frame. If there will be some delay, you will be notified and given the option of waiting, changing your order or cancelling.

As there is a direct link to the bank’s card payment system, Ukskate have no access to your card details. This does mean that payment is made immeadiately, however if there is any reason why we can’t fullfil the order, we would of course do an immeadiate refund.

Skate returns - Worried you may choose the wrong size?

We will exchange FREE OF CHARGE any skate where you realise you need a different size once you try them on! Please call 0161-248-5566 to arrange this.

NOTE - We make no extra charge for refunds where required.

We have a FREE 2-3 day delivery option on all Goods. If you wish for a speedier delivery, we can offer next day delivery of skates for example at £6.50 and these are shipped on Interlink next day (NOTE - orders placed after around 3pm are unlikely to be posted the same day!)

We can now accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, SWITCH, SOLO & VISA ELECTRON. Plus we also have a Paypal option for those who have a Paypal account.

Whilst this site accepts credit cards, we are aware that many skaters may not have access to credit cards. As such, we are quite happy to accept cheques, bankers cheques, postal orders and cash by registered post. Cheques payable to Ukskate Ltd.

All goods purchased are covered by standard manufacturer warranties which cover "manufacturing defects". UKskate.com may at our descretion replace or repair any product found to be defective within 14 days, subject to normal wear and tear experienced by such products ! This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you break goods due to the shear force of impact experienced in a fall etc, we CANNOT be held responsible for replacement of that item. (If you buy a car and drive it into a wall, you wouldn’t expect to receive a FREE replacement from the manufacturer!)

We will accept returned goods within 7 days of receipt when it is boxed in original packing and is clean, new and unused! Goods must be shipped by recorded delivery. Please include a note with your details and reason for return, stating whether you want a refund or exchange. You will not be reimbursed for carriage costs unless the return is due to a fault or mistake on our part. (We waive this returns policy at Xmas time as we understand people will require to make returns after Xmas for alternative size etc).

UKskate.com do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Email addresses given in the registration process may be used by UKskate.com to send you occassional newsletters/marketing info. You may un-subscribe from these if required upon receipt of such an email.
